Cameron is a Co-founder and the Managing Director of Paper - a UK based research, design and delivery consultancy. There he leads the research and design of services and digital transformation projects for Government departments, international businesses and charities.
To make research and design more inclusive he co-founded the digital skills network legup.social which provides free mentoring and training to people and organisations who need help.
Cameron is also a co-creator of the ‘Learn how to do user research’ course which provides training to individuals and organisations from around the world.
Invited to become a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, he has been a Fellow since 2018.
